By encouraging your young leaders to stay around the church, by earning a degree at the same time as serving as a part-time volunteer staff member, you’re saying there’s a reason and a future in the church for them.
Now that we have had a whole academic year together again, we have begun to regain a sense of what the new ‘normal’ looks like for us. And our students and community continue to flourish.
This community is so much more than just a university experience… We are, hopefully, a guild of youth ministry practitioners who are focused on personal life investment that will lead to spiritual transformation called disciple making.
At Reign Ministries we put a strong focus on discipleship. We believe that discipling a young person begins and ends with connecting with, and building a strong relational foundation with them.
Whilst being stretched academically, students will also receive appropriate support from our on-campus staff to help them thrive personally and spiritually.
