The Importance of Coaching

This week we launched our rebranding of the training that we provide for local churches and youth projects and their volunteer teams.

One really important aspect within these training experiences is the element of coaching from qualified youth practitioners. Not only does this give those who participate valuable information and support within the sessions, but also space to troubleshoot and share when back in their own ministry settings.

Jesus demonstrated this in His ministry. He wasn’t just a ‘platform’ speaker, delivering inspirational messages to large crowds, but He also invested time guiding, challenging, instructing, questioning and reflecting with a smaller group of his followers. This is a model we are trying to imitate in our coaching of youth leaders.

We asked Kyle to share why he feels coaching is such an important element to all we do within Reign Ministries.

*Video was recorded prior to our rebrand. When Kyle refers to ‘Learning Communities’ he is referring to our Expand Training Experiences.

Coaching enables you to take all you’ve heard or read, mixes in some experience and wisdom, and helps you integrate that into your life and ministry.
