Our team is passionate about enabling the local Church to implement disciple-making strategies within their ministries. That’s why we have adapted what used to be known as our ‘Learning Communities’ into programmes that are accessible to you wherever your ministry is at in its journey.
Our three Expand training experiences are designed to give you training that is appropriate for the time and resources that is currently available to your team. Click the links below for more information about each Expand training experience.

Re-think your structures. Learn how to disciple young people. Learn how to train young people to lead. This is your chance to slow down and hear from God; where does He want you to focus for the next six months? Then learn how to put that into a digestible action plan.
These practical learning experiences will give you a chance to discuss all the training you receive with the rest of your team.
You will also leave with an agreed upon plan that you will be able to implement immediately within your ministry setting.
The size of our Expand learning experience means we are able to create a sense of community where you can support and be inspired – not only by your own team but by the other churches attending. You will feel like you are part of something much bigger. Share in this adventure together!
Expand: ReImagined is a series of free online training sessions to help your team develop discipleship practice with young people. These will run regularly throughout the year and will give you a sample of what you can expect from the full Expand course.
The Expand: Reimagined experience will be delivered via Zoom and you will be able to attend as individuals or bring as many of your team as you would like.

Expand: ReFocused provides an opportunity to attend the training day(s) without the commitment of two years. You and your team will have the opportunity to join the Expand: Realigned days on a ‘one off’ basis, to experience the key training and goal setting that it provides.
You will be able to attend as many training days as you like, only without the coaching calls in between.

Expand: ReAligned is our full two-year training experience to help you and your team develop a disciple-making ministry.
You will attend four days with your team, spread throughout two years, to receive training and support around different aspects of what it means to run a full and healthy disciple-making youth ministry.
You will join other churches on the same journey so that you have access to a support network that can last beyond the training days.
As well as being supported through teaching and coaching, the day long training experiences allow for plenty of invaluable time as a ministry team to dream and plan together. We also provide space in the day for you to worship, receive, and draw closer to God.
Realigned also includes regular coaching calls with a member of our qualified team in between the training days.
