“It started with me praying for my son,” said year two student, Laverne from Dudley.

Laverne studies with Reign Ministries, while working at a local secondary school as part of her work-based learning.  Recently we talked together and she shared how God has led her to start a new youth group during the COVID-19 lockdown.

It’s been three years since I first went on mission to Moldova with Reign Ministries. In those three years I have discovered my calling into ministry and half completed a degree in theology. What that looks like in practice; going from being a young person on mission to taking four young guys to this special place on my faith journey. I want to talk about three formations that this trip has provided.

What is Discipleship & why is it important?

‘Discipleship’. A term frequently used in the church but what is it? We know it’s something that the first 12 Disciples did, but should it mean something to us today? We understand we’re supposed to alsodo it? Right? But how and more importantly, why?
