Reign Ministries are excited to develop a new approach to Christian youth work: Micro Youth Ministry. This is designed to equip small churches and volunteers to engage with young people through a discipleship model of ministry. By training and supporting volunteers, Reign Ministries intends to release leaders to disciple, mentor and coach one, two or three young people, to grow in faith and maturity in their passion and walk with God. Success ultimately comes when those young people are looking to pass along the baton of faith and disciple their peers or even younger people.
Reign Ministries is running a pilot incubator programme in 2024, with a goal of a full review and programme incubator launch in September 2025.
