Are you Looking for Ways to Make your Youth Ministry more Effective?
We believe that adopting a disciple-making approach to youth ministry can help your church gain confidence and find new inspiration for reaching and growing young people.
Over a series of two-day experiences, your youth ministry team will have the opportunity to get away together and form a plan for fruitful ministry.
You will also join other churches on the same journey so that you have access to a support network that can last beyond the Learning Community cycle.
The two-day experiences allow you to gain insight into key discipleship concepts and tools through a combination of teaching, coaching and lots of time to plan with your team. We also provide space for you to worship, receive and draw close to God.
The cost of the weekend is £250 per team of 4
There are 4 weekends over the course of a two year cycle
We can also provide overnight accommodation at a cost of £25/person
June 2021 (4th – 5th)
Jan 2022 (TBC)
June 2022 (TBC)
Re-think your structures. Learn how to disciple young people. Learn how to train young people to lead. Learn how to invite non-churched youth into your groups. This is a weekend to slow down and hear from God on where He wants you to be focusing for the next 6 months and then learn how to put that calling into a digestible action plan.
The weekend is very practical and you will get a chance to discuss every question and idea with your team.
You will also leave with an agreed upon plan that you will put into practice when you get home.
The small group size means the weekend has a great family-feel where you can support and be inspired – not only by your own team but by other churches who are joining in. You will feel like you are part of something much bigger. Share in this adventure together!
“This experience has helped me and my team by focusing us on our priorities. It is a real gift to be able to spend a weekend to slow down, and hear from God on where He wants us to be focusing for the next 6 months, and then have the time to put that calling into a digestible action plan.”
