   • This Privacy Information explains the use of your personal data: how it is collected, how it is stored, and also explains your rights under the GDPR legislation.

   • The GDPR applies to ‘personal data’ meaning any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier.
   • This definition provides for a wide range of personal identifiers to constitute personal data, including name, identification number, location data or online identifier, reflecting changes in technology and the way organisations collect information about people.

   • Under the GDPR, you have following rights which Reign Ministries will always work to uphold:
   • The right to be informed of the collection and use of your personal data
   • The right to access what personal data is being held. More on this in section 10
   • The right to have any incomplete or incorrect personal data stored corrected.
   • The right to have any personal data stored deleted and withdrawn. More on this in section 11.
   • The right to restrict processing.
   • The right for individuals to obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services.
   • The right to object to the processing of their personal data in certain circumstances.

   • We may collect the following items of personal data. This may vary according to your preferences on what you share.

6. How Do You Use My Personal Data?
   • Under the GDPR, we use the lawful basis of consent and legitimate interest to process and store your personal data. This could look like a variety of different ways including communicating via our blog where we share resources and stories relating to youth work in the UK, sharing updates relating to the work of Reign Ministries, sending direct mail, and sharing opportunities to participate in various financial campaigns.    • Consent:
     • In specific situations, we will collect your data with your consent.
     • For example, you may tick a box to receive our quarterly email newsletters.
   • Legitimate interest:
     • In specific situations, we require your data to pursue your legitimate interests in a way which you might reasonably be expecting in running the activities and programmes of our charity and which does not materially impact your rights, freedom or interests.
     • For example, if you are a participant in one of our programmes, the carer of a participant under the age of 18 in one of our programmes, or have purchased one of our resources, we will use your data to market or make available to you other programmes, opportunities or resources our charity offers that are consistent with your legitimate interests.
   • Contract:
     • In specific instances where purchases are made off of Reign Ministries’s eCommerce website, the lawful basis of contract requires the sharing of personal data (such as credit card information) to third-parties (PayPal and Stripe) to process payment and fulfill our contract of sales on your purchase.
   • At any point in time you will have the option to opt out of receiving communication from Reign Ministries.
7. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
   • We will not keep your data longer than necessary in light of the reasons in which we have specified. Therefore, your data will be kept for the following period of time based on these variables:
     • If you are a Reign Ministries programme participant, your data will be kept for the course of programme length. Once you are an alumnus, we will maintain contact with you to keep you updated on Reign Ministries.
     • If you have given consent to receive communications from Reign Ministries, we will keep your data until you communicate with us that you no longer wish to receive communication from us.
     • If you are an individual that is interested in/or in the application of a Reign Ministries programme, then the personal data supplied by you will be kept until a decision about programme participation is made. If the individual interested decides to participate in the programme then said participant will be presented with an opportunity to provide consent to our marketing preferences.
8. How and Where is My Personal Data Stored?
   • All personal data will be kept either within the UK or on cloud servers governed by the Safe Harbour agreement, and therefore is protected under the GDPR.
   • All personal data is stored on a password protected and encrypted cloud based database or file storage facility.
   • All online data collected is collected through the online platform MailChimp or Google Forms.
9. Do You Share My Personal Data?
   • No personal data shared with Reign Ministries will be shared. It will only be used for the sole purposes listed in this privacy policy.
   • We may use third party service providers (e.g. MailChimp, EventBrite) to help us operate our business and our communication with you. This may require us to provide them temporarily with personal information such as email addresses. These will only to be used in conjunction with your interest in Reign Ministries.
