Kyle first felt God’s tug on his heart for the vision of Reign Ministries while ministering to teenagers in Luton in 1994. His vision of bringing discipleship back to the heart of youth ministry was the impetus for the formation of the entire ministry. He has over 25 years experience working with young people. Kyle directs the daily ministry of Reign Ministries and oversees the team to work out the disciple-making vision.

Matt has been in youth work for over 10 years, stemming from being a participant Greenhouse, where God gave him a deep heart for young people. After finishing the degree, Matt went on to set-up youth work and Chaplaincy in Woodstock, which he is still running (often roping in his wife, Amy to help with). Alongside this, Matt is using his gifts and experience to help develop the training that we offer.

Jenny has joined our team to help in the role of Secretary. She has been in many different roles over her career, but her investment into her sons, especially Matt who is now one of our staff members, is a major gift to Reign Ministries. She is thorough and responsible, and a real woman of prayer. We are so thankful she has chosen to invest her time into this team.

Dave Williams and his wife are living in Folkestone. Dave, has been a local pastor and a strong supporter of the charity for a number of years now. We are really excited about the experience and perspective he is going to bring into the team.

Claire has a long term connection with Reign Ministries, from being in the connected youth programmes, to the gap year, degree and then on to staff. She is an advocate for youth development and growth.
