We must be learners to be effective, and Jesus modeled key principles for ministry that still work today. We are looking for learners who want to develop their ability to take Christ’s timeless strategy and translate it into effective youth ministry today.
Effective learning happens when it is applied and tested, therefore everyone who is involved in our learning community also does ministry in their local church and community.
The world of youth ministry is in a constant state of change. Therefore we must be lifetime learners. We offer various opportunities for those who have no youth ministry experience and those who have decades.
