Café conversations

Since April, the Pavilion has benefited from a local government initiative called Striding Out.  Striding Out works with job centre’s to place 18-25 year olds in a job for six months.  The hopes are that the experience and on site mentoring will allow that young person to have a better chance at long-term employment.
