God’s Plan and Timing

We just wanted to say thank you for all of those people who have been praying with us about the convent.  In our last update we talked about the offer we put into the estate agent.  He presented the offer to the sisters and they said that the offer wasn’t high enough and they were planning on moving back in.

That day we went and met with the estate agent and talked about what options that left us with.  Basically he said that if we increase our offer that he would take that back to the sisters and present on our behalf the benefits of a sale to us now.  The encouraging news in the whole conversation with the estate agent is that the time that God gave us in the Autumn to meet the trustees in person made a difference and they are really positive about Reign.

We put in our final and top offer last week and so we are now just waiting for a response.

Here are a couple things to pray about:

• That the sisters would get back to us quickly with their answer.
• If they say yes that God would bring the rest of the money in as we have about half of it still to raise.
• If they say no they are moving back in that God would give us real wisdom as to what decisions we need to make as the needs of office, living, and meeting space are quite urgent.
