About Me

I became a follower of Jesus when I was a child, and that decision has had a major affect on my life. My father is a pastor, and so we moved around in the US, although I was able to spend 10 years in North Dakota and graduated from High School there. It was also during this time that I went on my first Royal Servants mission trip. I went to Cedarville University, and it was during my first year, while participating on a Royal Servants mission trip, that God called me to the UK. I moved over to the UK in 2001 and met my wife here. Jane is a wonderful wife and we have two special kids, Isaac and Lili. I believe that God is doing some amazing things amongst youth in the UK, and it is an exciting time to be here serving.

Moldova Team 2012
Finally the team is all together!! Everyone made it to the Reign offices or the “Moto” last night and we had a great time of building team, looking at the expectations for the trip, and worshiping God. The night wasn’t very long as the coach came at 4am but the exciting thing is that our [...] Read more »

On our way to Moldova
The train journey was long but it really feels like a cross cultural experience when you are in a space that has been squishing people across the border for 50 years. The toilet was a little scary but we had many laughs and some really good conversations. Now we are just ready to go out [...] Read more »

We just finished another amazing conference this past week. This was one of our international ones so we had a great mix of cultures and languages. One of the highlights was the worship time we had where we sang worship songs in English, German, French and Spanish. The training for those on the degree track [...] Read more »

It is so exciting to look back on 2011 because it marks 10 years of our team living and doing ministry in the UK. For a lot of those years we have been sowing seeds and really learning how God wants to use our team here. But, 2011 felt like after a season of sowing [...] Read more »

Trustees
The trustees gathered, for about 24 hours, recently to take part in some of our ICY-UK conference and also to spend the next day working through a whole raft of ministry issues. Here are the two ways that the ministry has grown through their investment. 1. They believe in and practice policy governance: they have [...] Read more »

New-greenhouse-group
September conference started in a very exciting way as about half of the team involved were either new students or new leaders to help make the experience possible!  Although September brings fresh thoughts with new school years, we spent a lot of our time together looking at character qualities that we hope become old foundation [...] Read more »
